(NZ) Funding Agency: Asian Development Bank Brief DescriptionThis project was an advisory TA to support provincial governments in particular to identify priority investments to contribute to the implementation of the Central Region Development Strategy. The investment priorities were based on development zones and were programs of linked investments. A multi-sector approach was encouraged in the formulation of priority investment and emphasis was placed on provincial government leadership of project formulation and non-government participation in the process. |
